Our strategic partners, Resilience First will be launching a new guide for SMEs on how to bounce-back after major disasters, and build resilience, at a webinar on 14 September.
Following the release of Facebook’s “Re-emergence Guide – Building small business resilience‘ in 2020, Resilience First has worked with Facebook and their partners Russell-Cooke to revise and update the focus for the UK market. Its central themes are relevant to SMEs everywhere and can be adopted in other global markets.
The guide looks at issues to consider when re-emerging or rebounding from any major disaster, and how to build the resilience of your business, through the lens of eight pillars: Prepare, People, Process, Patrons, Profits, Place, Promotion, and Practice. The guide contains a goal-setting worksheet template, as well as short vignettes for each of the pillars to apply from a legal or regulatory perspective.
The guide will be launched at our webinar on 14 September and will include the authors as guest speakers, allowing you to direct your questions to a panel of experts.
All who attend the webinar will also be provided with a copy of the digital guide.
