During the first year of the Resilience Shift, as part of an agenda-setting stage, we consulted with Arup to get views on current practice in critical infrastructure resilience. This short note describes how we approached the Arup consultation. We are hoping that others will be inspired to replicate, and improve on, our approach within their own organisations.
