As part of the build up to COP26, our new strategic partners Resilience First, are running a series of webinars during March on technology’s role in decarbonisation.
The webinars are every Tuesday in March, 11am to 12pm (GMT), and each one looks at a decarbonisation in a different sector. The aim is to explore the ways that technology can support decarbonisation in each of these sectors. Each webinar will feature a keynote address, followed by innovative tech demos.
Resilience First will be publishing a white paper, also entitled “˜Decarbonisation and the Role of Technology’, following the webinars series.
The project is all about how technology can help to achieve carbon net zero in the coming decades by considering four solutions: adaptation, energy efficiency, renewables, and carbon capture.
Climate change is a systemic threat to civilisation and will upend the corporate world. The goal is to offer insights on the ways that several industries can counter these threats. Both through decarbonisation, and the deployment of new and innovative technological solutions to help reach carbon net zero.
The series is presented in partnership with Intel.
